I purchased my TomTom XL back in March or April 2011 and just today installed TomTom Home and tried to enter my activation code for Lifetime Maps. US phone CS: 8 Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. When giving them all that proof they'll re-enable the map update service for you I'm sure. Therefore it is helpful to have pictures of the purchase receipt, the device with the serial number readable, the box of the device best also with readable serial number as well as a picture of the promotion code card. Maybe you'll have to provide them with proof about your purchase. ![]() If all that doesn't help I recommend contacting CS and giving them the details about your problem. If not did you try to reenter your activation code? If not try if it helps.
